Junior staff

Our Junior Staff program has been shaped to help provide youth with further opportunities to practice our mission. By equipping J-Staff with the trust to be servant leaders, and a chance to learn both hard and soft skills before they set out on the trails, we hope that these experiences lead to the growth of leaders in our ministry and a continued spread of our values.

All Junior Staff must be…

  • At least 15 years old at the time of J-Staffing

  • Have completed one hike with Wilderness Trail

Base camp Volunteers

During the events, we are always appreciative of volunteers who come and support the hikers while they are out on the trails. We are grateful for any time or skill a volunteer has to offer, which continues to uplift and aid the goals of our mission. If you would like more information about being a base camp volunteer, please do not hesitate to call or email.
